Who we are

Voilà Analysed provides agricultural and environmental data analysis from Adelaide, South Australia. We respect your privacy and keep this policy in plain language. Questions? Write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you send a message through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message.
• Engagement data. When we work together: the datasets you provide for the project (see Your project data below) and correspondence about it.
• Basic technical records. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard connection information (such as IP address and log data) for security and delivery. We do not use advertising tracking pixels.

What we do with it

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you engage us for.
• To keep the records we are required to keep (for example, invoices or tax records for 5 years, as required by the ATO).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Your project data

Data you provide for analysis stays yours. We use it only to perform the engagement. We store it on protected systems, access it only as needed for your project, and delete or return copies on request or after completion, whichever you prefer. We never share it with third parties, use it to train models, or publish anything from it without your written permission.

Where your information is stored and processed

Website form messages are processed by Formspree (form submission service) and forwarded to our email inbox. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Australia; where that occurs, we handle data in line with this policy and rely on their security certifications.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time for: a copy of the personal information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion (once any legal record-keeping period has passed and no engagement is active). Email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about your privacy, please contact us first so we can fix it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
